We loved staying in this hotel as it was perfectly located on the main shopping street and just one street back from the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was unquestionable and the staff was very helpful. The local restaurants in the back streets were excellent too.

Very kind staff; very convenient location

Very good location - short walk from train station and only one block back from la croisette making it ideal for travelling around the region or short walk to beach/port and palais de festivals. Good sized room with large newly furnished bathroom. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice - cereals, toast, eggs, hams also bread rolls and croissants etc. fresh fruit, juices and tea/coffee. Friendly breakfast staff and very helpful at reception. An added bonus is the roof terrace - ideal for unwinding after a hectic day with a cold drink (from your fridge) and a good book while enjoying the late afternoon sun.

Nice roofterrace with a good view ! Not expensive if you look at the location, and the size of the bedroom and bathroom, walking distance from the croisette. Third time I've been here.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cannes. Located in the heart of the shopping district and just a stone's throw away from the beach, this hotel offers a prime location for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, with twin sharing beds and plenty of storage space. In terms of amenities, the hotel had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, with fresh baguettes and a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to both the train station and the main shopping street. A short walk to Nice airport is also possible. the rooms are basic, but clean and functional, with good air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. Housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient, and the rooftop terrace is a pleasant spot to soak up some sun.

The hotel's breakfast selection was not up to par, and there was no gym or fitness center available.

We like the location. The sun terrace is good too. The room needed updating nothing has changed since we stayed four years ago. The room only had a shower and it desperately needed updating. We paid for a supperior room but this was disappointing and when mentioned to the staff they did not seem. To understand

The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with two closets for twin sharing beds. The breakfast spread was great, with fresh baguettes and a variety of choices.

Very nice location, on the busiest street yet only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of nice cafes around and the best club Palais is very close to the hotel. The room was ok, smelled alittle, furniture was kind of old, but its worth staying in this hotel at least for the location.

A good no frills basic budget hotel in a supurb location in Cannes. Great air conditioning and liked the roof garden. Staff friendly & spoke good English
